Chapter I.

Coordination today. Capacity tomorrow.

Vitalya’s services follow the arc of recovery. We meet participants where they are, usually in coordination, and walk with them as their capacity grows. Each service shares the same social work framework, the same clinical reasoning, the same ethical separation.

Chapter II.

A safer place for your most complex participants.

For support coordinators, allied health, and hospital discharge planners across greater Sydney.

Clinical depth, not plan management

Every coordination decision documented, evidence based, grounded in social work practice. We coordinate today with the social work intervention your participant will need tomorrow already in mind.

Specialist focus, no distractions

Vitalya is built specifically for participants with complex psychosocial disability and neurodivergence. We do not split focus across general disability supports, behaviour support delivery, or therapy. Coordination is what we do — done at the depth complex cases require.

Communication you can rely on

Updates to referrers, not just to participants. You stay informed without chasing. Documentation that holds up at plan review.

Chapter III.

Sydney, 2026.

A note on why Vitalya exists.

Most NDIS coordination breakdown happens quietly. A provider exits. A coordinator moves on. The plan changes. And the participant, already navigating complex psychosocial disability or neurodivergence, starts again from the beginning.

There is a deeper problem underneath that one. Coordination alone was never going to be enough. For participants with complex needs, plans don’t just need to be managed. They need clinical thinking applied to them. Social work intervention. Capacity building. The slower, harder work that helps someone actually move forward, not just stay stable.

My background is in acute inpatient mental health, where I see daily what happens when participants get coordination without the clinical work underneath it. Hospitalisations that could have been prevented. Plans that fall apart at review. Participants who lose trust in the system entirely.

Vitalya was built on a simple thesis. Coordination is the entry point, not the destination. We start with what participants need today, Specialist Support Coordination, Support Coordination, Recovery Coaching, and we are building toward the direct social work intervention that comes next, under Capacity Building funding.

The goal is not to coordinate plans. The goal is to build capacity.

“Ash is a wonderful support coordinator, very kind and compassionate but also very good at their job. They have helped my client immensely in getting the proper supports they have needed for a long time.”
