NDIS Support Coordination in Ryde and Northern Sydney

We coordinate across Ryde, North Ryde, Macquarie Park, Eastwood, Marsfield, Gladesville and the surrounding northern Sydney suburbs. Our practice is based in northern Sydney, which makes this one of the areas where we are most often on the ground.

Northern Sydney reads as well-serviced on paper, and for straightforward supports it often is. The gap sits at the complex end. Psychosocial disability, brain injury and long rehabilitation admissions all produce plans that need active, clinically literate implementation, and that layer of coordination is thinner here than the provider count suggests.

The area is also home to major rehabilitation services, including Royal Rehab and the district’s psychiatric rehabilitation facility. People leaving a long admission carry the highest-stakes plans we see. Funding is usually substantial, the support team is usually large, and the cost of a slow start is usually a readmission.

We know the northern Sydney provider landscape from working in it, including which allied health practices genuinely take complex referrals and which waitlists are worth joining. We never coordinate and deliver direct supports for the same participant. No conflicts of interest, ever. We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. Coordination is available in English, Hindi and Nepali. All NDIS supports are GST-free under section 38-38 of the GST Act.
