NDIS Support Coordination in Newtown

We coordinate across Newtown and the inner west, including Enmore, Erskineville, Marrickville, St Peters, Camperdown and Stanmore.

Psychosocial disability in the inner west often goes under-supported for an unexpected reason. People present as managing. They hold a conversation, they know their way around services, and a plan gets written that assumes more capacity than the person actually has on a bad week. The support then falls short exactly when it is needed most.

We coordinate for the gap between how someone appears at an assessment and how they function across a month. That is where plans for this cohort usually fail.

The inner west has a dense provider market, which sounds like an advantage and often means choosing between providers who all look similar on paper. We know which ones deliver for complex psychosocial work rather than straightforward supports, and RPA and the surrounding mental health services are a common referral point we work alongside.

Coordination is available in English, Hindi and Nepali.

In Newtown we provide support coordination, specialist support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching.

We never coordinate and deliver direct supports for the same participant. No conflicts of interest, ever. We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. Coordination is available in English, Hindi and Nepali. All NDIS supports are GST-free under section 38-38 of the GST Act.
